Although Pro-government/corporate idiots would like us to believe cows can live off of corn/wheat/soy/parts of other cows and don't even need to be able to move, in reality free range cows and animals are much healthier for you and tastier.

Grass fed cows have significantly more Omega 3s, while having significantly less Omega 6s (which Americans generally get far too much of, and which competes with Omega 3s for absorption in the body negating any omega 3 you consume if you have too much omega 6). They also have less saturated and monounsaturated fats, more Conjugated Linoleic Acid (a fatty acid associated with reduced body fat as well as other benefits), more Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Beta-Carotene, Potassium, Iron, Zinc, Phosphorus and Sodium.

All that in addition to the facts that grass fed cows have less of an impact on the environment, live in more humane conditions, don't get treated with hormones or steroids, and don't put you at risk for contracting dangerous diseases.

The reason milk is bad for us isn't cause it's not natural too feed off of other animals, but because of the conditions of the animals and the processing of the milk. Through the ultra-pasteurization/homogenization process all the enzymes (which are needed to process the nutrients in the milk) and nutrients are removed. The nutrients in milk are then replaced with synthetic non-bioavailable nutrient imitations. The reason yogurt is better for you than all other dairy products is because it contains enzymes and probiotics added back to it.

People have been drinking milk and eating cheeses for thousands of years without any negative effects being linked to them (other than the consumption of expired milk of course, which most people are smart enough to not do). We've been consuming them for so long that even if we couldn't handle milk initially most should be able to process raw milk. Lactose intolerance and other milk related illnesses and deficiencies were not around until we started using pasteurization on milk and milk products, which pasteurization wasn't originally intended for any food/drink btw.

Enzymes are an essential part of any animals digestion system and process, including humans.

This goes back to the way our cows are raised as well, cows don't have and can't utilize the enzymes to process anything but grass/forage in their bodies. Making cows unhealthy makes us unhealthy as well, to think the two things aren't connected at all would be ignorant.

One reason that raw fruits and vegetables are so good for us is because they naturally include the enzymes needed to digest the nutrients we need from them, while supplements and enriched food products commonly don't.

I don't recommend veganism due to a myriad of reasons, but the majority of a healthy diet requires lots of fruits/veggies. More fruits/veggies is better then more meat in most people's diets, especially considering the low quality of meat in America.

I found a good article about grassfed cows that I'll scan and post here soon. Also there's tons of other animals that you can eat like wild game, omnivorous animals like pigs and birds (as long as they're free to roam around and aren't confined their entire life, you don't get lean healthy meat from animals that can't move guys), and fish (as long as the envionment they live in isn't too polluted).

i dont eat anything pig. regardless what they eat i find pork as a taboo to the world.

i wish i could eat fish everyday but water pollution is a huge factory not to. another is that some fish contain mercury which will fry yo brain.

also about your milk comment lone...breast milk is a better alternative damnnit just accept it!

pasteurization is the process of heating foods in this case for a period of time then cooling it to preserve the state of food and to prolong it being expired.

just the heating process alone destroys the nutrients

It's bad, yes. It's arguably a necessary evil for the mass consumption of milk in America (especially with the environment our cows are in and their diet, which makes the milk they produce considerably more dangerous were we to consume it raw), though there's no good fucking reason to do it to butter/cheese like we do. Most dairy products beyond milk take a tremendously long time to go bad regardless of pasteurization.

Pasteurization and homogenization might not be so bad if we didn't push it to such an extreme either. Light pasteurization could kill and prevent the majority of bacteria and degradation problems while still retaining some enzymes and nutrients. In other countries they either don't pasteurize or don't do so nearly as much as we do.

@Eri: hahahahah, yea you got the breast milk part right lol!

Pig isn't like inherently bad. It's taboo in religion because of how unsanitary it was throughout history and the diseases it caused in those who ate it. People didn't know how to care for their animals and each other and since confined farm pigs (they weren't as confined back then, but they didn't get to roam the wilds and eat the best food available) will eat anything pigs ate a lot of human excrement and even dead people.

Other things in religion have a similar origin. For example virgins are highly praised in religions because invading people would often catch STDs from raping and taking people as wives in foreign lands that had STDs the invaders had no idea of. God bless virgin pussy yo.

Another reason why conventional and GMO plants are bad, they're mineral deficient and will make you mineral deficient as well.
